Where Is The Dua Miami Hotel Located?

The Dua Miami Hotel is located right in the heart of Brickell, and within walking distance from the famous Brickell City Centre. It’s conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Financial District Metromover station, which is Miami’s free public transportation system. Check the Metromover station map here.

Does The Dua Miami Hotel Have Parking?

For those driving into Miami, the Dua Miami Hotel offers a valet parking option starting at $61 per day. However, if you are coming to Miami from North Florida, you might want to read about our experience taking the Brightline train from Orlando to Miami.

If you intend to stay in the Brickell area, it is actually much better to come by train and move around with rideshares, the free Metromover, and the Metrorail for a totally stress-free alternative without needing a car.

The Dua Miami Hotel Vibe

The hotel exterior is impossible to miss, painted with striking, vertical colorful strips. The building is technically shared with a residential condominium, and the hotel Dua occupies the first nine floors. Even though it is a shared building, we never felt that the hotel amenities were crowded during our stay.

Stepping inside, the interior decoration balances a super clean, minimalist foundation with bold, contemporary accents. It features several sculptures, contemporary photos, and paintings decorating the interior, with a strong highlight on mirrors and silver metal materials that keep the space feeling sleek and modern.

Above the lobby is a large living room area. This space extends to an outdoor terrace with several comfortable couches, chairs, coffee tables, and even dining tables that can be set up for laptop work.

Inside the Premier Balcony King

The Premier Balcony King room was incredibly spacious and comfortably designed for two people. It featured a nice King-size bed with a storage area, including several drawers and a small double closet to store your clothing.

The room features a very unique layout — rather than being pushed up against a wall, the bed sits right in the middle of the room. Instead of traditional end tables, there is a multifunctional desk and chair situated directly behind the headboard. This clever setup serves double duty as a workspace and a table because it holds the coffee machine. In front of the bed, there is a small couch with a table, perfect to sit and watch TV.

The absolute highlight was the balcony. Because our room was on the corner, we had an L-shaped balcony that provided an incredible panoramic view of the Miami skyscrapers. The skyline view from inside the room was breathtaking, especially at night.

The room features a fully stocked mini-bar and a selection of snacks—like almonds, potato chips, and mixed nuts—available for an additional fee. Two proper glasses are also provided, making it easy to comfortably unwind with a drink in your room.

Bathroom

The bathroom is smartly designed with several mirrors, which creates a fantastic illusion of even more space. The toilet is separated from the shower and the sink. The shower itself is fantastic, featuring a double shower head setup—one traditional shower head and a second rainshower style.

There is a unique design quirk to keep in mind: the shower and the toilet share a single sliding door. This means only one person can use the enclosed areas at a time.  Keep this in mind if you aren’t sharing the room with a partner.

Rooftop Pool

The Dua Miami hotel rooftop area boasts two pools, hot tubs, and a cold plunge, alongside several lounge chairs to enjoy the facilities. There is a Pool Bar where you can get cocktails and light bites by the poolside, which is open daily from 11:00 am – 6:30 pm. If you visit the hotel during the weekend, you might find a DJ playing music on Saturdays, typically from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Resort Passes: Even if you aren’t staying overnight, the hotel offers day passes starting at $50 to enjoy the pool, daybeds starting at $150, and poolside cabanas starting at $250. You can get your resort pass here.

Does the Dua Miami Have A Spa?

Yes, the Dua Miami Hotel has a spa that opens daily from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. The stay gives you complimentary access to the steam room and sauna. They also offer several facials, body treatments, massages, and couple massages. You can see the prices and menu options of the spa here.

If you are not staying in the hotel, you can still get access to the spa by purchasing the spa pass, which gives you access to the steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, and even access to the rooftop pool.

Dining Options: Ahu Mar

Ahu Mar is the hotel restaurant with a grill and wood-fire oven concept. It is located right in the lobby, and they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We did not eat there because we did not spot too many plant-based options.

Hotel Review Dua Miami Autograph Collection: Final Thoughts

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a perfect fit primarily for solo travelers or couples looking for a central location and a modern vibe.

The pool and complimentary access to the sauna were major highlights for us. The fact that we could go there to relax after a busy day and help us to decompress was a huge deal.
