v📍 VILA DE GRÀCIA
Vila de Gràcia was one of our favorite areas with cozy streets, great cafés, vegan-friendly, and very walkable.
1) Café Floh for Vegan Breakfast in Barcelona Historic Center

What we ate:
Menu del Día at Café Floh (Tue–Fri, 1:00–4:00 PM):
2) Botaniq for Vegan Breakfast in Barcelona Historic Center

What we ordered:
We loved it, though it had a bit less flavor compared to Floh.

Menu del Día at Botaniq (12:30 PM–4:00 PM):
Pro tip: Reserve ahead at Botanic because breakfast is always packed.
3) La Perra Verde For Lunch and Vegan Tapas in Gràcia
We found this spot by chance while wandering Villa de Gracia’s beautiful streets with so many creative small plates.

4) La Besnéta for Vegan Pastries and Dessert

5) UMAMI Plant-Based for Dinner

This was my husband’s favorite plant-based ramen ever — even among non-vegans, this spot is beloved. I was thrilled to finally enjoy ramen with a delicious gluten-free miso + mushroom broth. If ramen is your thing, you’ll love to stop here!

What we ordered:
📍 EIXAMPLE
1) Wild Food Barcelona
We visited more than once because Wild Food has tons of vegan + gluten-free options, including breakfast, lunch, and tapas. This was our Favorite Vegan Spot in Barcelona.

What we ordered:

Vegan Tapas we tried (All vegan + gluten-free):
2) Pizza Natura for Vegan Pizza in Eixample
What we ordered:

The crust was amazing, and the olives were the best we’ve ever had. Desserts looked great (and are made with whole grain and sweetened using dates), but we were full.
3) Restaurant Xavier Pellicer for Vegan Fine Dining in Eixample
This was a full upscale experience, a thoughtful and incredibly seasonal menu, and a perfect spot if you are looking for a fancy vegan restaurant in Barcelona.
Definitely worth it if you love refined food. If you want to know more about this fine dining experience, check out my full Xavier Pellicer review.

📍 SANTS
On one of our visits to Barcelona, we came to this area to catch the high-speed train from Barcelona to Valencia since the main station is located in Sants, which is how we first discovered the vegan spots nearby.
1) Bar Restaurant Phi for Vegan Asian Food

What we ordered:
One of our favorite Asian food experiences — great portions, great flavor.
